TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Primary School in Bristol who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic HTLA. The school is seeking a reliable and adaptable individual who can provide effective support across KS1 and KS2 and contribute positively to pupils' learning.

The school is looking to take on a HTLA on a part-time basis, starting ASAP. The successful HTLA will provide class cover, deliver interventions, support small groups of pupils and assist the class teacher with learning activities across KS1 and KS2.

The successful HTLA will have:

• A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent
• Experience working within a Primary School environment
• Experience supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2
• Confidence providing class cover and delivering interventions
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A proactive, adaptable and supportive approach
