Our client one of the UK's leading independent glass and glazing businesses with over 45 years of experience are seeking a two production operative to join their nights team, based in St. Austell, Cornwall.

What we offer:

• £13.04 per hour
• Sunday – Wednesday – 22:15-07:00 & Thursday’s 22:15 - 06:00
• Temp – Perm after 12 consecutive weeks
• Holiday pay accrued
• Weekly pay

The role:

• Operate machinery and equipment involved in the glass manufacturing process
• Cut, process, and assemble glass units to customer specifications
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety guidelines and procedures
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle or be able to get there on foot.
• Have safety boots and work wear.
• Must have a hand on and a willing to learn approach.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
