We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to join a successful team in Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take responsibility for managing a busy catering operation and delivering an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day catering operation
• Leading, motivating and supporting the catering team
• Ensuring excellent food quality and customer service
• Managing staff rotas and labour requirements
• Monitoring stock levels and controlling costs
• Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
• Working closely with the wider management team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Catering Manager or within a similar management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A passion for food and hospitality
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
