We're looking for a Registered Service Manager to lead our Supportive Living service for adults with Learning Disabilities in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager, Team Leader or Senior Support Worker who is ready to progress into their first Registered Manager role.

What we're looking for:

Experience working in adult social care, ideally supporting people with Learning Disabilities.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
A commitment to supporting and developing a dedicated staff team.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and care compliance is desirable.
