You don't necessarily need previous school experience. Experience in care, support work, youth work, sports, psychology, childcare or community settings can be incredibly valuable.

Understands that every pupil has different strengths and needs.
Is calm and consistent when faced with challenges.
Has experience in SEND, care, support work, childcare, youth work or education — desirable but not essential.
Is a graduate, aspiring teacher or someone with volunteering/placement experience working with children.
Is happy to get involved in practical and hands-on activities.
Is reliable, adaptable and ready to make a difference.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
