Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Bradford

Milk Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Bradford.

Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term assignments or long-term opportunities, we have flexible roles to suit your availability. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers to support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

About the role

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Delivering targeted interventions and small group work
• Providing one-to-one support where required
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence
• Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where appropriate
• Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding at all times

What we're looking for

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent experience working within a primary school
• A positive, proactive and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
• A flexible and adaptable attitude
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
