Job Title: Sales Manager – Luxury Countryside Estate

Salary: Up to £50K + Bonus

Location: Leicestershire

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercial sales activity for their luxury countryside estate offering weddings, corporate events, leisure stays and private hire.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role, focused on driving revenue, developing new business and building a high-performing sales team across multiple revenue streams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the sales strategy across weddings, corporate, leisure and private hire
• Drive new business, partnerships and long-term client relationships
• Own sales targets, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting
• Maximise enquiry conversion and identify opportunities for growth
• Lead acquisition activity across digital channels, partnerships, directories, wedding fairs and outbound sales
• Use CRM and sales data to improve performance and ROI
• Coach and develop the sales team, creating a high-performance culture
• Work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the Executive Director

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in sales management, sales operations or a commercial role
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Proven experience managing and developing teams
• Strong understanding of forecasting, revenue and pipeline management
• Confident with CRM and booking systems
• Commercially driven, analytical and highly organised
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable reporting to senior leadership
