About the Role

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and create a positive classroom environment.
• Support a range of learning needs, including SEND.
• Use positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm and productive classroom.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, leaders, and support staff.
• Contribute to planning, marking, and assessment.
• Support pupils to achieve their full potential.
• Develop your confidence and skills as an emerging practitioner.
• Create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported.

What We Are Looking For

• Newly qualified teachers completing or having recently completed their ECT induction.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or eligibility to teach in the UK.
• High expectations for all pupils and a commitment to helping them achieve their full potential.
• A motivated, enthusiastic, and committed approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Someone who can work effectively with support staff to plan, deliver, and evaluate learning.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting children's development.
• An individual looking for long-term, permanent, or flexible supply opportunities.
