Salary: Up to £51,000
Hours: 45 hours per week
Shifts: Rotating early and late shifts
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent

The Role

We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Waltham Cross.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing HGVs and commercial vehicles, working to manufacturer and DVSA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• HGV servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Mechanical and electrical diagnostics
• Inspections and preventative maintenance
• MOT preparation
• Accurate completion of job cards and workshop records
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a skilled team

Requirements

• Previous HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter experience
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle qualification desirable
• HGV Class 1/2, IRTEC or main dealer experience advantageous
