COMMERCIAL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN | KAMPALA, UGANDA

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to join a leading restaurant/food service operation in Kampala.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience servicing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, with strong expertise in gas equipment, fryers, burners, ovens, grills and cooking lines.

Key experience:

-Henny Penny fryers & holding cabinets

-Rational & Lincoln ovens

-Gas burners, grills & cooking equipment

-Coffee machines, hot holding & sandwich makers

-Electrical & gas troubleshooting

-Preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis

Requirements:

✔ Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related field

✔ Strong commercial kitchen equipment experience

✔ Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills

✔ Gas equipment experience is essential

Kampala, Uganda

USD 1,200–1,500/month, depending on experience
