SEN Teaching Assistant – EnfieldMilk Education are working in partnership with a highly respected specialist school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their experienced support team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young people with complex learning needs and helping them achieve meaningful progress. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work alongside teachers, therapists and support staff to provide personalised support for pupils with a wide range of additional needs. All students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), with needs including complex learning difficulties, communication and interaction needs, autism, sensory impairments and developmental delays.
