The setting provides a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, placing a strong focus on developing confidence, independence and positive outcomes for every pupil.

The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teacher for day to day or long-term cover. The successful SEND Teacher will work with pupils across Primary and Secondary age groups, delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs while supporting students with SEND and SEMH needs through a patient, therapeutic and adaptable approach.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience working with children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs
• Experience teaching Primary and/or Secondary aged pupils
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• The ability to differentiate learning to meet individual needs
• A resilient, patient and proactive approach
