TeacherActive is proud to be working with a friendly and welcoming mainstream Primary School in Newcastle Upon Tyne, who are looking to appoint a Primary School Teacher. This supportive school is committed to creating a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential and staff are valued as part of a collaborative team.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Primary School Teacher on a long-term basis from September, teaching a KS1 class. The successful Primary School Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining excellent classroom management and supporting pupils to achieve their best while working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

The successful Primary School Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching within KS1 in a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
