Cornwall Staff Agency is currently recruiting for a full-time Catering & Retail Supervisor to join the team at a popular adventure park on the outskirts of Wadebridge. This is a fantastic seasonal opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, catering, retail, or leisure who enjoys leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As Catering & Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the park's catering and retail outlets. You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and help deliver an outstanding experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising catering and retail team members throughout daily operations.
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
• Supporting and motivating staff to achieve excellent performance.
• Assisting with stock control, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Supporting management with the efficient running of multiple outlets across the park.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, catering, retail, or leisure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the park's location.

What We Offer

• £14.25 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Full-time hours – 5 days out of 7, working 8-hour shifts
• Shifts between 9:00am – 8:00pm, with a later finish of 10:00pm on Wednesdays for event nights.
• Holiday pay accrued.
