Role: Key Account Manager

Location: Pershore, Worcestershire

Salary: £37,500 - £40,000 (OTE £45,000)

8am – 5pm (8am – 1pm Friday)

My client, a highly specialised manufacturing business are on the hunt for a driven and dynamic account manager to join their Sales Team!

Key Account Manager

Reporting to the Sales Director, the role primarily consists of relationship led strategic account management and new business development. Using a strategic, value-based approach, you will be responsible for growing existing key accounts while proactively developing new business opportunities.

Other responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support to customers (application engineering solutions)
• Cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational and strategic objectives
• Management of OEM accounts
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers

Experience or Qualifications

• Industry B2B sales experience essential (engineering or manufacturing)
• Good communication to enable effective relationships with a diverse range of customers
• Previous experience of international travel visiting clients
• Examples of customer relationships that have been successful
