The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on either a day-to-day or long-term basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across a variety of subjects, delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils

• The confidence to cover a range of curriculum subjects

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A flexible and adaptable approach

• A positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
