Production Operative

Temp to Perm

Near Brandon

Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Pay rate: £12.90 per hour

Our client in near Brandon is a busy, team-focused manufacturer looking for dependable and hardworking Production Operatives to join their operation. You’ll be working in a friendly, fast-paced environment with varied tasks and plenty of opportunity to learn new skills. While production experience is an advantage, it’s not essential as full training will be provided.

Daily Duties:

• Picking, packing, and labelling orders.
• Assembling products to a high standard.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Stock counting and assisting with inventory control.
• Operating machinery and using hand tools.
• Maintaining and clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Able to safely lift up to 25kg on a regular basis. 
• Full UK driving licence with own transport (due to location).
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be given.
