An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to lead an established Conveyancing Department within a modern, forward thinking law firm.

This is more than a fee earning role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of a department, influence its strategic direction, mentor and inspire colleagues, and play a key role in the firm's continued growth and success.

The Role

As Head of Residential Conveyancing, you will:

Lead and develop the Residential Conveyancing Department

Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.

Maintain the highest standards of client care and service delivery.

Support and mentor junior team members.

Drive business development initiatives and strengthen referral networks.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, introducers, estate agents, and key stakeholders.

Contribute to the firm's wider growth strategy and continued success.

About You

You will be:

An experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor PQE 4 -5 years+, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer.

Confident handling all aspects of residential conveyancing independently.

A strong communicator with exceptional client care skills.

Commercially minded with a passion for developing business opportunities.

Organised, proactive and motivated by delivering outstanding client outcomes.

An inspirational leader looking to make a genuine impact within a growing firm.

Knowledge across Commercial Property would be great to support in the launch of a new department too!
