We're recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established and friendly business in Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, supporting a busy team and building relationships with customers, all while benefiting from flexible working hours.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customers receive an excellent service. No two days will be the same as you help keep the office running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately.
  • Preparing quotations and sales documentation.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems.
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments.
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous administration or sales administration experience.
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Can manage their workload effectively and work independently.
  • Has a positive, proactive attitude.
