We're partnering with an ambitious, founder-led hospitality group that has built a strong reputation for bringing innovative, trend-led food concepts to the UK market. With a growing portfolio of high-performing grab-and-go locations and exciting expansion plans ahead, the business is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead sites across London, including its flagship site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving P&L performance across the estate, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst working closely with an entrepreneurial leadership team.

The business is looking for someone who understands that things need to be actioned when needed – a proactive operator who can think on their feet, make decisions quickly, and confidently execute plans across multiple sites in a dynamic founder-led environment where adaptability and accountability are essential.

The Ideal Operations Manager:

• Previous Operations Manager or multi-site management experience within a high-volume QSR, food-to-go, grab-and-go, or fast-casual environment
• A hands-on operator who leads from the front and enjoys being fully involved across multiple sites, whilst empowering site-level teams to run day-to-day operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving founder-led business where priorities can evolve quickly
• Strong decision-maker who can think independently, solve problems, and take action without constant direction – understanding that things need to be actioned when needed, across all sites
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high operational standards across the estate
• Highly commercially aware with a strong understanding of P&L, sales performance, labour management, and cost controls, with the discipline to track P&L performance accordingly across all sites
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams, with team development as a core priority
• Organised, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure across a busy, multi-site trading environment
• Strong understanding of KPI management and operational performance metrics
• Ambitious and motivated by growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding business

Desirable Experience:

• Experience managing high-volume QSR, street food, grab-and-go, or quick-service operations across multiple sites
• Exposure to new site openings, business growth projects, or operational change initiatives
• Experience working within entrepreneurial or founder-led businesses
• Strong local store marketing and community engagement experience
• Track record of developing team members into future managers and leaders
