What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
  • Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or newly qualified teacher ready to begin induction
  • Have a passion for primary education and pupil development
  • Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Be committed to learning, reflection and professional growth
