The Opportunity As a Graduate Science Trainee Teacher, you will be immersed in a thriving Science department, working alongside experienced practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. From day one, you will be given meaningful responsibility, with your development carefully supported and structured throughout the programme. You will: Support and deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities at Key Stage 5. This programme is designed to develop not only your classroom skills, but your understanding of how to inspire curiosity, challenge thinking, and accelerate student progress in Science. Candidate Profile This opportunity is aimed at high-calibre graduates who are serious about entering the teaching profession and making a long-term impact in education. You will have: A 2:1 degree or above in Science or a highly relevant discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related subject). Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential; intellectual curiosity, drive, and commitment are key.
