KPI Education is working in partnership with a progressive and high-achieving primary school in Gillingham to recruit an exceptional Key Stage 2 Teacher. This opportunity is perfectly suited to a committed educator who is passionate about inspiring pupils in upper Key Stage 2 and contributing to a culture of academic excellence. The Role

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing pupils for statutory assessments while maintaining a rich and varied curriculum.
  • Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress with accuracy and insight.
  • Creating a positive and structured classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
  • Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support pupil success.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve it.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across the KS2 curriculum.
  • Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Be reflective in their practice and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Show enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine passion for teaching.
