Bar Manager - High-Volume, Quality-Led Venue – London - £52,000

We’re looking for a hands-on Bar Manager to lead a fast-paced, multi-outlet drinks operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of the bar operation, driving standards, leading your team, and delivering strong financial performance across all beverage areas in this stunning multi-faceted London venue

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing bar team
  • Deliver outstanding guest experience through consistent, high-quality service
  • Manage and evolve the drinks offering, including cocktails and seasonal menus
  • Drive wet sales and GP through strong commercial control and upselling
  • Oversee stock, ordering, cellar management, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and organisation
  • Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth, well-planned service

About You

  • Proven Bar Manager experience in a high-volume, quality-led environment
  • Strong commercial awareness (GP, stock control, cost management)
  • Confident leader with a hands-on approach during service
  • Passionate about drinks, service, and team development
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
