We are looking to attract an energetic General Manager who can really work the floor and motivate and inspire their team. You will be a leader through and through and thrive from being in the thick of it and love being floor based. With 4 sites under their belt this particular venue operates a walk in and reservation service. This is a restaurant where you will be genuinely proud to serve the food whilst still operating in a causal environment.

Managing a team of up to 18, this company can offer you fantastic working hours, constant career development and management training. You will be given autonomy of the site and full financial accountability.

We are looking for a General Manager for a strong independent background or a small quality chain, nothing too corporate as the culture will not be a fit. Hard work ethic and an infectious personality.
