We’re recruiting an Executive Head Chef to lead the full culinary operation within a high-profile event venue, delivering a mix of immersive dining, fine dining and private events in London!

The Opportunity

• £60,000 to £65,000 salary (flexible)

• Incredible event venue with & specialist dining.
• Entertainment-led service with structured, timed sittings.
• 7 Day Operation, with peak events on Friday & Saturday.
• Strong mix of à la carte fine-dining and private events.
• Corporate dining, canapés and private hire packages.

The Food

• Refined, fine-dining led menus that are seasonal.
• Structured 3-course service aligned with show timings.
• High attention to detail and presentation.
• Executive Head Chef has full autonomy to re-write each menu.

The Role

• Lead the full kitchen operation and team of 10 chefs.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality food across all services.
• Manage complex service timings linked to live shows.
• Drive standards, performance and kitchen culture.
• Oversee events, private dining and hospitality delivery.
• Maintain GP, stock control and financial performance.

About You

• Proven Executive Chef from a contact catering or event’s venue in London.
• Background across fine dining, events or premium restaurants.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
