This is a flagship site for a growing hospitality group - high volume, well-regarded, and a key part of their future plans. They are looking for a Sales & Events Manager to take full ownership of the function on-site, bridging the gap between sales and operations and ensuring every booking lands properly and delivers.

This role is hands-on. It suits someone who wants to be on the ground, building relationships, driving revenue, and seeing events through from first enquiry to execution. There is flexibility built in, but the expectation is clear - if you bring in the business, you own the experience.

The role:

  • Take full ownership of sales and events for the London Bridge flagship, managing client accounts end-to-end
  • Drive corporate and group bookings, building a strong and consistent pipeline through networking and outreach
  • Manage the full booking journey - from enquiry through to delivery - ensuring seamless handover into operations
  • Be present for key bookings and high-value events, ensuring they are executed to a high standard
  • Work closely with the General Manager to align sales activity with operational delivery and build a strong on-site partnership
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Use Tripleseat and SevenRooms to manage bookings, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and processes as the group reviews and integrates its tech stack
  • Collaborate with marketing on local outreach and campaigns to drive awareness and bookings

The person:

  • Proven background in hospitality sales & events
  • Strong commercial instinct with a track record of driving revenue and closing deals
  • Comfortable owning client relationships end-to-end, with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Able to build strong relationships with operations teams, particularly at GM level
  • Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities
  • Confident using booking and CRM systems such as Tripleseat and SevenRooms
  • Natural networker who enjoys being out in the market and building connections
  • Motivated by commission and performance, with the drive to grow the function
