Support Officer- Supported Housing- Carlisle  

Are you a passionate Support Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Support Officer to work in our client’s Supported Housing service based In Carlisle.

Pay Rates: £12.21 - £14.48 per hour umbrella rate

Information the Role: Please note: This is NOT a care role.
This position is approximately 80% administration-based, so strong IT and organisational skills are essential. The role involves supporting vulnerable young people and adults within a supported housing setting, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with safeguarding standards, and contributing to a safe and structured environment.

What you will be doing:

• Completing detailed administrative tasks and maintaining accurate case records
• Supporting residents with tenancy-related matters and general guidance
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
• Promoting a safe, trauma-informed environment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong IT and administrative skills
• Experience supporting vulnerable people
• Safeguarding Adults & Children (essential)
• Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce)
• Trauma awareness
• Mental health experience
