About the Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, working closely with the class teacher to enhance learning across core subjects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering small-group and 1:1 support
• Encouraging pupil engagement and academic progress
• Supporting children with varying learning needs
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Building pupils’ confidence and independence

This opportunity is particularly suited to graduates planning to pursue a PGCE, Schools Direct, Educational Psychology training, or child-focused postgraduate study.

• A 2:1 degree or above in any subject (Education, Psychology, Early Years or related fields are advantageous but not essential)
