About the role

Connex Education is working with a large mainstream primary school in the Middlesbrough area who use regular cover for Primary Teachers and are now looking for a Maternity Cover teacher. This position has the potential to start ASAP and can also lead to the offering of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

As a Primary Teacher with Connex you will be working with a welcoming school who pride themselves on aspiration, inspiration, collaboration and celebrating, creating a nurturing environment that enables children to be successful learners. The school are looking for an ambitious and engaging teacher with good behaviour management.

Assignment Details

This is a full time role working 8:30am- 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

Person Specification

• Qualified Teaching Status
• Have experience of teaching pupils in a primary school or similar setting
• Be confident covering and teaching a full classroom of pupils
• Good Knowledge of EYFS/KS1/KS2
• Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one with Connex
