Our client is seeking a stand-out General Manager who is passionate about people and creating a winning culture within their venue. This role is about doing the basics exceptionally well. Can you lead a team to deliver excellence every day? Are you adaptable, enjoy training and mentoring, and thrive on empowering your team? 

We are looking for someone who is still very much in love with hospitality, who wants to be hands-on at ground level but also contribute strategically. You should be confident working with a premium product and delivering an outstanding service. Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness are key.
