Your role will involve:

• Providing contractual advice to Senior Operational Managers
• Budget, forecasting and financial processes
• Analysing and reporting on contractual and commercial risk
• Assisting with the prevention and resolution of commercial and legal issues

You will need:

• A degree level in Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience in a Commercial Management role with a construction based company
• A strong understanding of construction contracts
• Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• The ability to identify and suggest innovative business improvements
• A natural ability to build effective working relationships
• Strong IT skills
• A valid driver's license
