The successful applicant for this ‘Logistics Coordinator’ will be responsible for ensuring the quantity, quality and appropriate skill sets are sourced in order to guarantee every aspect of a job is delivered in an excellent manner.

The ideal candidate for the ‘Logistics Coordinator’ role will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in audio visual / live events!

Key Responsibilities for the ‘Logistics Coordinator’ role:

• Continuous process improvement after events.
• Ordering technical resources to fulfil job requirements.
• Ensuring technicians, freelancers, and crew have all relevant information required.
• Maintaining the freelance database.
• Administration of freelancer purchase orders.
• Writing reports.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge needed for the ‘Logistics Coordinator’ role:

• Minimum of 2 years operational scheduling experience.
• Ability to maintain and develop working relationships.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent admin skills.
• Ideally some audio-visual knowledge would be great!
• Full UK drivers license would be ideal.
