The kitchen prepares meals for service using all fresh produce. The role is supporting the Head Chef in service and managing the junior staff. The Role

• Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
• Kitchen Management duties
• Using fresh seasonal ingredients to prepare meals for service

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub using all fresh produce
• Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator 
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
