An exciting opportunity to lead and grow the wholesale division of an ambitious British premium fashion and lifestyle business.

We're partnering with an established, founder-led consumer brand entering an exciting phase of commercial growth, with significant opportunities to expand its wholesale presence both in the UK and internationally.

We're looking for an experienced Head of Wholesale who brings an established network of retail buyers, a strong commercial track record and the ambition to take full ownership of a growing sales channel.

This is a high-impact leadership role, combining commercial strategy, key account development, international expansion and team leadership.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of the wholesale business, develop valuable retail partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth.

The Opportunity

• Develop and execute a wholesale growth strategy across the UK and international markets.

• Identify and secure new retail partnerships across premium department stores, independent retailers and specialist lifestyle channels.

• Manage and grow existing key accounts, strengthening buyer relationships and maximising commercial opportunities.

• Take full ownership of wholesale revenue, budgets, forecasting and P&L performance.

• Lead seasonal sales campaigns, order books and commercial negotiations.

• Identify opportunities for international expansion through retail partners, distributors and agents.

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing wholesale team.

• Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Product and Operations to ensure ranges meet commercial and customer requirements.

• Represent the business at trade shows, buying appointments and industry events.

• Use market insight, sales data and competitor analysis to identify future growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in a senior wholesale leadership position within premium fashion, luxury, accessories or lifestyle retail.

• An established network of buyers and retail relationships, particularly across UK department stores and independent retailers.

• A proven track record of winning new accounts, growing existing partnerships and delivering wholesale revenue growth.

• Strong experience managing wholesale budgets, commercial forecasts and P&L.

• Experience leading and developing sales or wholesale teams.

• Confidence negotiating commercial agreements and building long-term retail partnerships.

• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Particularly interesting would be experience in:

• International wholesale expansion, distributors or sales agents.

• Premium fashion, outerwear or lifestyle categories.

• Developing wholesale channels within founder-led or scaling consumer brands.
