KPI Education is working with an inclusive secondary school in Coventry seeking a dedicated Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant to join its team. You'll work alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals, supporting students with a variety of additional needs and helping them get the most from their education. What does the role involve?No two students are the same, so you'll need to be adaptable, encouraging and responsive to individual needs. You'll play an important part in helping students participate in lessons, work towards their targets and develop the skills they need to become more confident and independent learners.
