Logistics Administrator – Amazon & E-commerce

£28,000–£30,000 | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Fully On-Site

Join a UK business recognised as a Great Place to Work

We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to join a growing team within a business that genuinely invests in its people and workplace.

This is a varied opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, transport administration or e-commerce who enjoys keeping things moving, solving delivery issues and getting to the bottom of problems.

The business has been recognised as one of the UK's best employers, including being ranked No.1 in the UK Great Place to Work awards in 2026, as well as being recognised as a Top UK Workplace in both 2025 and 2026.

And the working environment reflects that.

Why you'll want to work here

  • Modern offices
  • On-site gym
  • Free food and snacks
  • Free parking
  • Breakout and social areas
  • Strong focus on employee wellbeing
  • A genuinely team-focused working environment
  • Regular social and team events

Amazon represents a significant proportion of the business, so you'll play an important role in keeping orders, deliveries and customer queries moving smoothly.

You'll be dealing with everything from courier and delivery issues through to returns, missing parcels and Amazon messages.

This isn't a traditional call-centre customer service role. It's a logistics-focused position, with customer contact forming part of the wider role.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing day-to-day logistics administration
  • Supporting the company's Amazon account
  • Responding to Amazon customer messages and queries
  • Managing queries relating to orders and deliveries
  • Investigating missing, delayed or failed deliveries
  • Liaising with different courier companies
  • Dealing with returns and delivery issues
  • Checking order and delivery information and following up where required
  • Responding to customer emails and telephone queries
  • Providing product and delivery information to customers
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Working closely with the Customer Support Manager and wider team
  • Supporting the wider department with general logistics administration

We're looking for someone with around 2 years' experience in logistics administration, transport administration, e-commerce or a similar environment.

You'll ideally have experience of:

  • Working with courier companies
  • Managing deliveries and tracking shipments
  • Investigating missing or delayed deliveries
  • Processing returns
  • Dealing with delivery and order queries
  • Working within an e-commerce environment
  • Using online systems to manage orders or customer queries
  • Communicating with customers by email and telephone

Previous Amazon experience would be a real advantage, although it's not essential if you have strong logistics or e-commerce experience.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and detail-focused
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Comfortable working independently
  • A good team player
  • Practical and solution-focused
  • Calm when dealing with delivery issues
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Happy to be fully office-based

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, understanding how deliveries work and making sure customers get the service they expect, we'd love to hear from you.

GRA1
