People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established business based in West Bromwich, West Midlands.

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales support experience who enjoys building relationships with customers, preparing quotations and providing excellent account support.

Annual Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum

Shifts: Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

The Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Preparing and following up customer quotations
• Providing ongoing support to existing customer accounts
• Building strong relationships with customers and responding to their requirements
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently
• Updating customer information and activity accurately on the CRM system
• Supporting the wider sales team with general sales and account administration
• Identifying opportunities to develop existing customer accounts
• Ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience within Internal Sales, Sales Support, Account Management or Customer Service
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous experience using a CRM system
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries

Training

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
