CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

Location: Jamaica
Compensation: $90,000–$200,000 USD, depending on experience

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring on behalf of a leading gaming and lottery operator in Jamaica with an established retail network, company-operated locations, online gaming platform, mobile app and sports betting partnerships.

The CEO will lead the company's overall strategy, commercial growth, operations and financial performance while working closely with the Board and regulatory stakeholders.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven leader with strong knowledge of Jamaica and/or the Caribbean, particularly someone who understands local retail and community networks and can build relationships with business owners and grassroots operators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the company's strategic growth plan.
• Drive revenue, profitability and EBITDA across retail and digital channels.
• Expand and optimize the retail and company-operated network.
• Lead digital transformation, including online and mobile platforms.
• Build strategic partnerships and new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with the BGLC, government and key stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Lead and develop the executive leadership team.
• Ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance and responsible gaming.

REQUIREMENTS

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience, including 5+ years at C-suite level.
• Experience in gaming, lottery, fintech, regulated retail, consumer or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong commercial and P&L experience.
• Caribbean experience or significant exposure to the region strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Jamaican market and local business/community networks.
• Experience with digital platforms and multi-channel operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong stakeholder, regulatory and relationship-management skills.
