We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals with previous kitchen experience who are confident working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with care and precision, ensuring the highest standards of freshness and quality.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with general kitchen duties, including food preparation, cleaning, and keeping workstations organised.
• Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.
• Follow all food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and restaurant policies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment throughout each service.
• Support the preparation of food for special events and catering requirements when needed.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused kitchen environment.

About You

• Previous experience in a kitchen, food preparation, or restaurant environment.
• Experience with pizza making and a good understanding of general food preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Passionate about food and committed to delivering consistently high standards.
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills, particularly within authentic Neapolitan pizza making.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
