The school has a positive ethos and a great OFSTED rating, providing a supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to learn, develop and achieve their potential.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant from September on a long-term basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils with their learning, encourage positive engagement in lessons and help create an inclusive and productive classroom environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting
• A good understanding of supporting pupils within the classroom
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient and supportive approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Adaptability and reliability
