TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school based in Stratford upon Avon, who are looking to appoint a Food & Nutrition Teacher. The school is seeking a committed teacher who can engage secondary-aged students and deliver high-quality lessons within Food & Nutrition.

The school is looking to take on a Food & Nutrition Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis to cover maternity leave until March 2027. The successful Food & Nutrition Teacher will ideally hold QTS with experience teaching Food at GCSE level, although applications are also welcomed from qualified Science Teachers who are willing and confident to teach Food & Nutrition.

The successful Food & Nutrition Teacher will have:

• QTS
• Experience teaching Food & Nutrition at GCSE level, or a Science teaching background with a willingness to teach Food & Nutrition
• Experience teaching students across the secondary age range
• Excellent classroom management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
