Maintenance Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 + Benefits

We’re partnering with a luxury hotel looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the property’s engineering, facilities, and preventative maintenance operations.

About You

• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, ideally within a hotel.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and work order programs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and repairs.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering across the property.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to minimize disruption to guests.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance budgets.
• Monitor equipment performance, costs, and work orders.
• Maintain compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
