Set within 22 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire parkland, you will be working in a venue already has an established client base with consistent inbound inquiries, while still having the growth room for you to make your mark.

The Hotel is equipped with a tasteful and versatile event spaces which can be used for anything from elegant Wedding ceremonies to functional meeting and conference spaces, through to all manners of social events, with capacity for 500+ people.

The sales office team are the first point of contact for all sales inquiries, and it will be the task of your team to convert those inquiries into bookings, then putting in the necessary arrangements with the operational team to ensure they deliver an excellent experience on the day of each event.

Hotel Sales Office Manager job in Watford, Highlights:

• Base salary around £40,000, negotiated on experience. Full-time permanent role.
• Up to 10% KPI bonus paid quarterly.
• Largely Monday to Friday hours, with occasional flexibility required for weekends.
