People Manager “Hospitality business” London £60/65k 

Location:  London 

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a London hospitality business, which has 10 great sites in London, high volume sites in key locations across London! They are already very popular within the hospitality world, an industry leader, this People Manager would be London based, and overseeing the whole group, each business is unique. They are keen to bring someone into the business with a strong passion for people, learning and development to add to this already great culture 

The People Manager Role:

• To assist with the management of all budgets in line with financial procedures and manage the HR budget economically
• Managing a head office team of 3 – working along with the Operational team
• Ensure the development, maintenance and review of efficient HR administration systems to cover all aspects of employment so that a quality and compliant service is provided to managers and staff
• Review, adjust, implement and manage all aspects of remuneration, bonuses and benefits
• Develop, implement and communicate effective systems of performance management so that the company's human resources are maximized
• Assist the operations department to ensure the company complies with all aspects of Health and Safety legislation and that the optimum working environment exists
• Overseeing the L&D function, bring in new systems where needed
• Look at internal development and the journey your employees are on – set achievable goals 
• Ability to understand the operations of a restaurant and kitchen and be able to adapt as required fulfilling your role

People Manager - London

• In depth understanding of HR policies and processes
• In depth knowledge of Employment Law
• 2/3 years in a Senior HR role in Hospitality in London 
• Experience of project and change management
• Experience of leading a team remote from the customer base
• Experience of continuous service improvement
• Background in L&D would be a BIG bonus 
• Someone that can think outside the box
• Able to work in a fast, ever changing environment
• HAVING A CIPD QUALIFICATION IS A BIG BONUS  
• MUST HAVE LONDON RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE TO APPLY
