Excellent Pastry Opportunity in busy Hotel & Restaurant - Live in available

Pastry Chef de Partie. Our client based at this hotel & restaurant has a fantastic opportunity to join its brigade and work on the Pastry Section. This is an opportunity to join a busy kitchen and produce pastry and breads for restaurant. afternoon teas and celebrations. The role is 5 days from 7 over 45 hours a week with tips paid also.

The Role

  • Working on the Stand alone Pastry section with assistance from juniors
  • Making all Pastries, Desserts and Breads for service & private parties
  • Using all fresh produce
  • Working to AA rosette level standard

The Person

  • Already a Pastry Chef de Partie
  • Experience ideally to rosette levels in luxury hotel or restaurant
  • Career focused and Team Player
