Sales Executive - Freight/ Logistics 

OTE £47,000 | Monday-Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Westin Par Recruitment Experts are recruiting for an established and growing business within the freight, logistics and shipping sector, seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in Dover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a B2B Sales Executive, Freight Sales Executive, Logistics Sales Executive, Business Development Executive or Telesales Executive with a proven track record of winning new business and developing existing customer accounts.

The role:

• Generate new business through proactive B2B telesales and business development.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the freight and logistics market.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective account management.
• Prepare, calculate and follow up sales quotations to maximise conversion.
• Negotiate with customers and suppliers to secure new business.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

You'll need:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, freight sales, logistics sales, shipping, freight forwarding or business development.
• A proven track record of generating and converting new business.
• Strong telephone sales, negotiation and account management skills.
• Experience preparing and managing customer quotations.
• Good numerical, administrative and IT skills.
• A confident, commercially focused and proactive approach.

What's on offer:

• Up to £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• Realistic OTE of £47,000.
• Contributory pension.
• Monday-Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm.
