Sous Chef - Luxury Hotel - Excellent Career Opportunity

Our client is a luxury Hotel who are recruiting a Sous Chef to work in their busy hotel restaurant. You will be working with all fresh ingredients to produce food for the restaurant, bar, meetings & events and celebrations/functions. This is an excellent career opportunity to work in a high end venue. The Head Chef is looking for a strong team player who can help and encourage junior chefs. The role is 45 hours per week.

The Role

• Preparing meals for the hotel restaurant using seasonal produce
• Running service in Head Chef's absence
• Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

The Person

• Already a Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy kitchen
• Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
• Capable and able to work unsupervised
