Sales Manager – Corporate Sales & Partnerships
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Role:

We are working with an exciting new brand coming to the UK, looking to make a real impact on the luxury leisure market. They are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager who can help shape the commercial future of a brand-new venue from day one. This is a hands-on role focused on corporate sales, memberships, sponsorships and strategic partnerships. We are looking for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by generating revenue and new business.

Key Focus Areas:

• Corporate Sales: Build a pipeline from zero, targeting corporates, embassies, universities, NGOs, event planners and luxury brands across conferences, launches, dinners and private celebrations.
• Founding Memberships: Lead the launch campaign across Business, Creative, Film, Networking and Wine & Culture.
• Sponsorship & Partnerships: Develop opportunities including naming rights, cultural programming, CSR/ESG partnerships and tax-efficient corporate giving.
• Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with FTSE companies, SMEs, Chambers of Commerce, embassy trade offices and industry associations.
• Events & Restaurant Growth: Support the development of 150–200 events per year, while driving restaurant covers through corporate lunches, private dining and networking events.

Essential Experience:

• 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, hospitality, venue sales or business development.
• A proven and demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
• An established corporate network within London.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with a strong instinct for generating new business independently.
• Experience selling premium products, services or experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert new revenue opportunities.
