Milk Education Liverpool is working alongside a reputable Primary school in the L15 area to recruit an enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher (ECT) who is ready to begin or continue their teaching journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment where you can grow, develop, and make a real impact on students’ learning. Start September until Dec 2026

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, passionate and adaptable Early Careers Teacher who is eager to contribute to a dynamic secondary school setting. You will be supported throughout your placement and given the opportunity to develop your teaching practice through structured support and guidance.

UK teaching experience and a recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE) are essential for this role.

• Newly qualified or early career teacher with QTS
• Some UK classroom experience (placements included)
• Passion for your subject and a strong commitment to pupil progress
• Ability to create engaging and inclusive lessons
• Confident classroom management skills
• A positive, reflective and proactive approach to teaching
